By using this website you agree to these terms. Bower & Kip Properties LLC ("we") operates stayinalexandria.com to present our short-term rental homes in Alexandria, Virginia and to take reservations.

Reservations. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a reservation confirmation. Rates, fees, taxes, house rules, check-in and check-out times, and the cancellation policy stated in your confirmation govern your stay and take precedence over any general description on this site.

Cancellations. Unless your confirmation states otherwise, bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a full refund, and bookings cancelled at least 7 days before receive a 50% refund; card processing fees are not refundable.

Use of the site. You may use this site to learn about and book our properties. You may not use it to scrape, copy, or republish content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

No warranty. The site and its content are provided as is. We may change the site, our properties, and these terms at any time.
