Pets
NO PETS - A fine of $250 will be collected if rule is broken for the additional cleaning.
Commercial Photography
Commercial photography is allowed with prior authorization, release form, and proof of insurance.
Smoking
NO SMOKING of any kind to include e-cigarettes - A fine of $250 will be collected if rule is broken for the additional cleaning.
This is a Home
Please remember this is a home in a family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. That said, Laurie and I understand things can happen. Should you need to cancel outside of your window and we are able to rebook, we always provide what we can back to the original guest to help out. It often depends on when the cancellation happens. If it's closer to the reservation date, then it's harder to book and we typically discount the property. In those instances we obviously may not be able to provide a full refund. In any case, know that we are always willing to try to work with our guests on issues that may come up.
*Note about Credit card fees: Unfortunately we can not recoup these costs once processed. Please note, fees will be deducted from all refunds.
Accidents/Broken items
While we understand accidents happen, and we encourage you to report them, we reserve the right to charge guests for the replacement of bed sheets, linens, kitchen items, or for any other damage that may occur during your stay if we deem the items damaged were done so due to negligence and/or are considered excessive. This does not necessarily mean we are planning to charge for an accidental stain. It may, however, mean in cases where multiple items and/or an entire set is ruined, we may seek restitution depending on the circumstances. Thank you for understanding. Collin and Laurie

Staying in one of our vacation rentals offers a unique experience, more like being in your own home than a hotel. While we’re here to assist you and aim to respond quickly to any needs, there is no on-site concierge or staff. You’ll enjoy the privacy and comfort of a personal space, which might sometimes mean handling small tasks as you would at home.
